Our story is one of happenstance and a 
wonderful reunion

It’s about two couples who became best friends in college several years ago. As the story goes for so many, life and work took us on different paths. Living in two separate cultures, one couple made a life on the East Coast and the other put down roots on the West Coast.

Although life separated us in miles, we have since reconnected, thanks to our shared interests of creating healthy habits that enhance any lifestyle.

Now, having found something that made a huge difference in our lives, we are on a mission to share our discoveries with others who are interested in improving their health without following a difficult diet plans.

When the four of us were in our late 30’s and early 40’s, we discovered the smoothie culture and the benefits of making smoothies a daily habit. Little did we know at the time, it was yet another interest we all shared.
Smoothies aren’t like diets that emphasize strict dietary and exercise regimens; they easily become part of a lifestyle.
Most everyone reaches a point in their life when they begin to place more focus on their health and longevity. When we did, the smoothie culture was the solution for all of us. Why?

Smoothies offer a healthy way to hydrate and provide the body with beneficial vitamins and superfoods. Plus, they’re a convenient alternative to intricate meal prep.

We believe that healthy eating should not be complex or time-consuming. Smoothies aren’t like diets that emphasize strict dietary and exercise regimens; they easily become part of a lifestyle that offers weight loss, vitality, energy, and clarity without feeling like an uphill battle.
